Sony launches MyPSN on EU PlayStation.com

Sony has transformed the boring old European version of PlayStation.com into a paradise of community features over the weekend.
Users can now create a portable MyPSN ID, which shows your PSN avatar, Online ID, current mood, theme, favourite format and game, and (eventually) your Trophies and achievements. You can embed your ID in your forum signature - time to jazz up that dusty PS3forum profile.
Once you've signed on, you'll be able to participate in special events. The calendar's looking a little bare at present, but we're sure some tasty competitions or PlayStation booze-ups are on the horizon.
