Tomb Raider PS3 demo still up in the air

Crystal Dynamics has said that it has yet to reach a final decision in regards to the possibility of a demo of Tomb Raider: Underworld for PlayStation 3.

The game’s publisher, Eidos, previously confirmed that a demo would be available for the Xbox 360 version of the game in addition to exclusive downloadable content later this year.

Despite this, Underworld’s Creative Director, Eric Lindstorm, revealed to Videogamer.com that there is still "no final answer" as to whether or not the PS3 would be receiving a demo of the highly anticipated action adventure title.

"I'm not entirely sure. I've been talking to brand, and I don't think there's a final answer on that yet,” said Lindstorm.

Tomb Raider: Underworld is due out this November on PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, PC, Wii and DS.

    If ur 2 bone idle 2 provide us with a demo of the game then im gonna be bone idle & not even consider a purchase :-), wont even b in the same league as Uncharted sorry :-(

    that suks im still buying this game though...do people know that tomb raider came before Uncharted and without Tomb Raider ther probably wouldnt even be a Uncharted cuz tomb raider came up with that idea first of an "archeologist" (or in Uncharted case just a regular guy) with weapons.. i like both games but i like tomb raider better

    Whats there to decide about??? If you are making a demo for the 360 then you should automatically be making one for the PS3 as well! Its like I said before, i'm sick of these 3rd party developers always treating us PS3 owners like crap. And thats the reason why, I'm gonaa start buying 3rd party games off of ebay only. Because some of these 3rd parties dont deserve our money.

    Thanks Crystal Dynamics.  If you can't be bothered to give us a demo then shove it.  It just shows your hate/dislike/not giving a damn about PS3 at all.

    Stupid a*sehats.  Uncharted kicks the cr*p out of Tomb Raider: Been milked a thousand times.

    Yep i was thinking about buying it and was hopeing to play a demo to decide but with so many good games coming out i will give this one a miss, thanks for helping me decide.

    Have to concur with the general sentiment. I just won't be buying this game without playing the demo to see it's worth.
