Codemasters has revealed that it will be bringing the upcoming First Person Shooter (FPS) Turning Point: Fall of Liberty to Europe on March 14, 2008.

The publisher’s announcement firmly dismisses concerns that the games release would be held back, following developer Spark Unlimited’s decision to implement some last minute tweaks to the final product.

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty takes place in an alternate World War II, which removes Winston Churchill from the equation allowing an unchecked Adolf Hitler and his Nazi’s to successfully conquer Europe before turning their attention to the United States.

Players assume the role of a US construction worker named Dan Carson in the midst of the Nazi invasion in 1953, who must survive against the German onslaught and see the United States through to victory.

The game is due out on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

This game looks so bad Just big buff american civilian beating up nazi soldiers in bad graphics good idea bad representation of the idea AND IT DOSENT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE 1950s. a random constuction worker dosent just save a country it just dosent happen. also from what was seen in the video your killing nazis as if they are monsters sure hitlers idea was monsterous and many of his followers were as well but the genrel soldier is just like any soldier in the world doing his job they thought americans were scary horrible people out to kill them. fighting people in the contex of real war soldier versus soldier makes more sense for a game but somthign jsut didnt feel right about that video.

D3v1l anybody that can read can understand what hes saying. Thay got it like the Nazis were like the Gears of War Locusts.Like were playing Doom or something. FPS or should I say, crappy FPS are whats gonna saturate the game industry. Its like, devs treat us like FPS are all we want. Like its herion or something.I think its lazy.If there were more third person shooters it would help more. But it seems like American companies have no originality (just look at 3fixme). And the fps is the safe way to go. If its gotta be that way, Dont make me kill aliens I got give a crap about give me substance!

What i've seen of this game so far it's a massive no no, shoddy weapons, bad aiming we've seen it all before the opening sequence is really good and impressive but the game then goes in the opposite direction quote: (GC) sunday morning video game show on (Bravo) uk only.
