Uncharted 2: Among Thieves debut trailer & first details

Sony has released the first teaser trailer for Naughty Dog's upcoming sequel, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. The trailer features Nathan Drake wandering in the blistering cold before falling to his knees to pick up what seems to be an Aztec dagger. The trailer states that Uncharted 2 will make a world premiere on Dec. 14 at the Video Game Awards on Spike TV.
According to next month's Game Informer, Nathan Drake will return for a whole new adventure exploring the myths behind 13th century explorer, Marco Polo, and his voyages. Apparently, there will be a new free climb mechanic as well as stealth gameplay.

oh but i like the way it played before. this stealth and free climbing i hope will be an addition to what is there already and deosn't over-rule the old mechanics. all it needed was something like that cancelled sony game......8 days....lost....vagas.... whatever its called.
As for the trailer.....IS DRAKE BLEEDING!!!.....tension. how did this happen?? hahaha :)

He probably was left to die or something that's why he dosent have a coat, I mean honestly you dont think anyone would have survived an extensive trip in the arctic in a baseball jersey do you? Even WITH thermal underwear.

@ 1 and the rest of the "He looks like Hale" idiots--If you thought he looked like Hale, then obviously never played Uncharted. Drake is rendered exactly the same but with a beard. God I hate FPS idots.

@4, yep , except the fact that now the development for it is confirmed, I truly hope they surpass the origininal, im currently collecting all the trohpies for it (getting 100% on everery game before the 16th, the day all my games begin arriving), uncharted was epic, one of the best looking games so far on the ps3, of course maybe mgs4.

First, Marco Polo journeyed to India and Asia, so isn't this more likely an Indian, Chinese, or....considering the snowy environment...a Tibetan knife or artifact? Unless they're going with some kind of "lost voyages of Marco Polo" theme, the dude didn't explore South America. Rather dealt with Kubla Khan and those guys. Then again, who knows history and geography these days, eh? :)
