Jaffe confirms 3 PS3 exclusives

David Jaffe announced during a recent interview that his newly established independent studio, Eat Sleep Play, is working on three original games for the PlayStation 3 console. Coupled with their current work on Twisted Metal, their little studio should be at full tilt for the next couple months.
Jaffe said, “I can’t disclose themes… but the new game is medium to hardcore in terms of game and play will focus heavily on multiplayer.” With the creation of God of War under his belt, nothing but excellence is expected from here on out. He then went one to say, “I am more excited about this game than anything I have ever worked on. I cannot wait to unveil it.” Another huge positive for fans and especially promising with the Leipzig Games Convention and the Tokyo Game Showon the horizon.
The first untitled game should be released in 2008 with the others to follow. While we do not know whether or not the games will be Blu-ray disc or for download, stay tuned to PSU for future announcements about the Eat Sleep Play studio and David Jaffe.

more exclusive, the better, but i want better game not a PSN game, oh well as long they keep making game exclusive idc

Well I didnt see the Twisted Metal announcement comming so soon but I totally called the whole Opening a New Dev studio thing nack when they mentioned the photo of an empty office. Hope its a good game he's got cooking. CAC was cool but it was lacking depth in single player.

Exclusives are nice, but I just want some freakin awesome games. ANd I hope they come in both formats, if not just on disc. I hate using my space up on my PS3.

I actually hopes he goes away from God of War... How can too much of the same game be good? I have one to many first person shooters, and I know I am not the only one.

Awesome news, go sony, go Dave i have alotta respect for u, the only person who is loyal too sony, not lookin for more money that Xbox supposedly brings u, ps3 gamers appreciate what ur doing, u will help make sony win the next gen wars, now all u need to do is tell us what the games will be about lol i wanna know
