Sony has announced that it will be bringing SingStar Volume 2 for the PlayStation 3 to European territories on June 20, 2008.

This latest instalment in the popular music franchise includes 30 new tracks spanning a number of popular artists, including The Killers, Eminem, Kaiser Chiefs and Gorillaz.

The game also allows multiple players to perform backing vocals in the new harmony duet mode, available in songs such as California Dreamin' by the Mamas and the Papers and Celebration by Kool and the Gang.

Users can also take advantage of the Remote Play function, allowing you to access the game over the Internet on the PSP and schedule songs to be downloaded. Gamers can then post comments and watch videos on the series dedicated online space, My SingStar Online.
