Resident Evil 5 gets console specific content

It seems as though Capcom is planning not only a stellar Collector's Edition for Resident Evil 5, but platform specific content as well. For those multi-console owners out there, it creates a very tough decision, especially if you're a fan of the franchise altogether.
According to the game's official website, the PlayStation 3 version of the Survival Horror title will receive a special making-of video segment, produced by "Hollywood staff." Capcom is claiming this is the world's first PS3 game software/Blu-ray video hybrid.
While this will be available to gamers whether they purchase the title on launch or a few months down the road, 360 owners won't be as lucky. Though there copy of the title will include a soundtrack for the game, the Xbox 360 version will revert to a standard standalone game shortly down the road.
Resident Evil 5 is due out in Japan on March 5, followed by a North American and European release on March 13.

Sooo, I am guessing that they mean that the game can play in regular blu rays, cause if not then stranglehold CE beat them to the punch.

@ #1 and #5, yes Stranglehold CE did include a movie with the game, but the movie was NOT given in high definition. I believe they are saying that game will be the first to include blu-ray movie content.

So PS3 gets the better deal, and I think this game maxes out the360's disc, which would explain the soundtrack being on a seperate disc, and not giving this. I think Capcom just didn't want Microsoft slapping them.

I've always played RE on Playstation so it's RE5 PS3. and I don't give a damn about the soundtrack since RE4's OST sucked. RE2 and Code Veronica had the Best OSTs in the series.
