Capcom Europe has finally nailed down a solid release date for the PAL version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix – the retro brawler will be available to download on PlayStation Network from tomorrow.
Punters can expect to pay £11.99 GBP (roughly 14.99 EURO) for the game as part of the weekly PlayStation Store update this Thursday. The mid-90s classic was released on PSN and Xbox Live in North America late last year.

"Dumb useless SCEE"
"Capcom Europe has finally nailed down a solid release date for the PAL version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix"
Methinks upon 'reading' short news blurb that maybe SCEE is not at fault.

SCEE kept kicking it back to Capcom for fixes as they said it was broken. I think the timing is pretty silly to release it the same week though. I know I won't be buying it at £12.00, I'll stick with the PS1 version I picked up for a couple of quid that had SF Alpha 2 and Street Fighter 2 Turbo on it

@5
Dont buy it then. It'd be "dumb" not to release it at all after they spent so much time in trying to get it right. There'd probably be an equal amount of complaints if they didnt release it, so they're damned if they do and damned if they dont i guess. They need to get with japan and release alot of their ps1 titles worldwide.

@9 i dont think the wait matters. games have always been delayed or not available in every territory at the one time. being in aussieland we've had to wait for releases for that amount of time sometimes in the past. but its still a new game, new price applies.

Were you sad that T. Hawk and Dee Jay were not included into Street Fighter IV, well so are the developers and apparently if the fans make enough noise they just might include them after all. So what are you waiting for Sign the Petition already!!!
