Batman sells 2M, new DLC on the way

The battle between comic-book companies DC and Marvel continues to heat up, especially since Disney recently purchased Marvel. According to a report in the L.A. Times, Warner Bros. hit Batman: Arkham Asylum has sold more than 2 million units in the first month of its release. To further compete with Marvel, Warner Bros. plans on taking advantage of its licensed properties and making more movies and games.
In other Batman related news, Eidos is planning on releasing two DLC packs in the next two weeks, according to Joystiq. Next week’s free pack is entitled “Insane Night,” while the following week will see the release of “Prey in the Darkness.” Both expansions are brand new and not reworks of pre-order exclusives. The DLC packs appear to be for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Look for them on Sept. 17 and Sept. 24 respectively.

Is this all the platforms combined or just PS3? Article is pretty crappy as it doesn't give any numbers.

i thought there was something exclusive for sony , kuz of the ticker thingy in the game ........... whats the exclusive thingy ? :S

I love this game, but everyone is lying to thereselves about their never being a good superhero game. When Spider-man 2 the videogame for PS2,XBox and gamecube came out it was really good.

You know It makes one wonder. Eidos is owned by Squeenix who friequently links up with disney for Kingdom Hearts... I wonder if some how the WB/Eidos connection might some how lead to DC and Marvel characters mixing it up with Mickey... Yeah, crazy I know, but it's fun to imagine.

Everybody keeps talking good about this game but I don't want to get it right now, I have 3 games on my plate and I don't want to add another right away im waiting for Uncharted 2 but I gotta finish up Fallout 3 first.
