According to a job listing posted on Gamasutra, developer Danger Close Games is currently in the process of hammering away on a new triple-A first-person shooter outing.

The listing reports that the studio – best known for its work on 2010’s Medal of Honor reboot – is seeking a lead gameplay engineer and a weapons/vehicles artist for an "unannounced AAA first person shooter title.”

Is that the whiff of a sequel invading our nostrils? It might very well be, seeing as how the aforementioned Afghanistan-based shooter proved “absolutely [a] clear success,” according to EA overlord John Riccitiello.

"Consumer feedback has been strong to suggest that we've got a franchise now, once again, that we could successfully and effectively sequel in the future," Riccitiello said back in November.

Stay tuned to PSU for more developments as they become available to us.

Lets hope DICE are not involved.

They are great devs and BF games are amazing but they ruined MOH online. Let the former IW devs make the online part if EA want to compete with COD.
