The voting for the best games in 2011 is over and we’ve posted all the winners throughout the week. It was a tough battle in nearly every category, so it’s important to take the list with the grain of salt knowing all nominees could have easily nabbed their respective titles. We’ve compiled a complete list of winners from our community-wide vote.

Looks good. Skyrim is an awesome game, Battlefield 3 is hands down the best FPS, Uncharted 3, and Portal 2 are great choices... over all an accurate representation. There have been several good games this year. It would have been nice to see Batman get a spot, but there was tough competition.

Admittedly I have not played Resistance 3. MW3 was good, but it was basically a huge map pack for MW2 which was disappointing. There is a huge customer base for the CoD games and that is why it has sold so well. I've heard a lot of people say that they got MW3 because their friends play it. But I feel the BF3 was a much better made game.

uncharted 3 and batman are clear winners for me this year. Skyrim is a good game, but i think its downfall its that the fact the game is so long with a never ending quest. Who wants to spend a life time playing Skyrim? Lot's of great game enjoy them all.

I didn't buy Skyrim only because of the bugs, this shouldn't be a GOTY when so many people have problems that are still not corrected
