Capcom's Dead Rising 2 devs working on 'unannounced new IP'

Capcom Vancouver, formerly named Blue Castle Games, and responsible for bringing us Dead Rising 2, are hard at work on a brand new “unannounced new IP.” A job posting on Capcom’s recruitment site, CreaviteHeads, has revealed that the studio is looking for a design director for a new unannounced third-person action adventure game.
Capcom Vancouver is also working on a second unannounced title, but that’s probably just Dead Rising 3.
Any ideas on what this new game could be?

I hope it will not have timing in the game like Dead Rising 2.
