Sony Pictures has unleashed a brand new trailer for upcoming sci-fi horror flick Resident Evil: Retribution.

Seen below, the trailer offers a decent glimpse at the zombie sequel’s barmy plot, which seems to revolve around the manipulation of heroine Alice at the hands of the Umbrella Corporation. Big baddie Albert Wesker’s back, and he’s joined by a host of familiar faces from past movies including Jill, Carlos and Rain.

Alice isn’t alone in her fight this time around however, as she’s joined by fellow freedom fighters Ada Wong, Barry Burton and Leon S. Kennedy. Resident Evil: Retribution is due out in cinemas in September 2012.

The first movie was ok, maybe even kindda good, but they've been getting worst and worst; the last one was unvearable to see, they totally forgot about the acting, they would just have an "action" scene, do or say something then on to another action scene, this done over and over with cheese background music, it was terrible.

They have several of the original actors in this movie including Michel Rodriguez, so I'm assuming and hoping this one would be better done.
