We here at PlayStation Universe are at an impasse. Having too many games to play is a beautiful problem we all face, but it gets even more difficult when those games are all good. This month’s PlayStation Vita Game of the Month is caught between two great titles, and we need your help!
First up, we have the beautiful new IP Gravity Rush, which lets players fly across an open-world without a care (for gravity) in the world. The experience in it is nearly flawless, and it even gives a hopeful claim that Japanese game developers still have it in them to make great games. The other heavyweight contender is from a big name in the gaming industry: the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. Even though this collection is already on the PlayStation 3, this portable outing truly gives the series a bold justification for the PS Vita: it can play PlayStation 2 games, and it can play them well. The games were definitely optimized for the handheld, of course, but the two games featured in this collection are not watered down in any way.
