Thanks to Sony Computer Entertainment America PR Manager Eric Levine, we now know that certain retailers in the United States have begun selling LittleBigPlanet PS Vita early.
According to Levine, production on the game wrapped up earlier than anticipated, and game copies were shipped early as a consequence. A few retailers are mistakenly selling the game right now, but Sony isn't laying down the hammer. Instead, you can experience all of the game's offline features - the servers will be turned on this Tuesday, September 18.
In the comments of his PS Blog post, Levine remarked that the digital version will still be released on September 25, as initially planned. So, check your local game store, and sound off in the comments if you are able to snag an early copy of this phenomenal game.
Phenomenal? You bet it is. Check out our review.
