For everyone complaining that the PlayStation 3 gets the short end of the stick when it comes to RPGs, has Sega got an announcement for you. Developed by Tokyo-based studio tri-Ace, Resonance of Fate, known as End of Eternity in Japan, will make its way to the west in Spring 2010.
Tri-Ace has a strong RPG history with games like Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile. Resonance of Fate represents the first time the studio has fully partnered with a publisher other than Enix/Square-Enix.
The game "redefines the RPG genre with a unique storyline, highly stylized graphics, and an emphasis on realistic gunplay and engrossing action," Sega said in a press release.
