Capcom unveils Ultra Street Fighter IV

Capcom is set to release yet another edition of its celebrated brawler Street Fighter IV: Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Announced at EVO over the weekend, Ultra SFIV will be released in both digital and retail form in early 2014. The packaged version will cost $39.99, while the downloadable edition acts as a $14.99 upgrade for existing owners of SFIV.

Ultra throws in five new combatants: Huge, Rolento, Elena, Poison and a ‘mystery character’ who has never appeared in a Street Fighter title.

In addition, you’ll also be able to enjoy six new stages, as well as all existing costume DLC. This alone will set you back $40.

Capcom has also promised to rebalance existing characters, details of which you can find here. Stay tuned to PSU.com for more details on Ultra Street Fighter IV as we get them.
