Capcom has released a couple of images for its upcoming high-definition remaster of Resident Evil Zero for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
Check them out below. Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster is due out in early 2016, and acts as a prequel to the critically acclaimed Resident Evil Remake, which was also remastered in HD earlier this year and has sold over one million copies to date.
Zero was originally released as a GameCube-exclusive in 2002, and takes place 24 hours before the events of the ‘Mansion Incident’ in July 1998, as depicted in the original survival horror game.
Players control Rebecca Chambers, a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team dispatched to Raccoon Forest to investigate the outbreak of cannibalistic murders in the area, and ex-Marine Billy Coen, as the pair find themselves caught up in the beginnings of the T-Virus outbreak in Raccoon Forest.
