Blue Box game Studios has slapped a July 29 release date to its delayed Abandoned trailer app on PS5, at which point gamers will be able to preload it for free.

This ties in with news that the Abandoned app has been uploaded to the PlayStation servers, so it was only a matter of time before it was released for public consumption.
Abandoned is an upcoming survival horror title set to be released exclusively for PS5. However, things are a bit more complicated than that, as it’s been heavily speculated that the whole project is actually Hideo Kojima’s new game and is related to Silent Hill.
Blue Box Game Studios itself has been forced on more than one occasion to deny this speculation, although it hasn’t done itself any favours by teasing folk about Konami’s long-stagnating horror franchise.
