Respawn has announced that the Apex Legends cross play beta is going live next week, giving PS4, PC and Xbox One players the chance to jump into the action together for the first time since the popular battle royale title launch in early 2019.

It’s worth remembering that cross progression is not part of the package, so you’ll have to stick with your chosen platform in that respect.
Here’s what the studio posted to Twitter:
Get revved up for the Aftermarket Collection Event. Take part in the cross-play beta, dive into the new “Flashpoint” LTM, take on challenges to earn exclusive rewards, and more! It’s going to be a hell of a ride! Speed off into the Aftermarket Collection Event starting Oct 6.
Apex Legends was released for PS4, PC and Xbox One launched in February 2019, and drummed up 50 million players in just one month. The game has been supported frequently by post-launch content, something which shows no sign of slowing down as next-generation consoles approach.
