This year’s instalment in the Assassin’s Creed is said to be set in the Viking era, and is rumored to carry the subtitle ‘Ragnarok.’ Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed anything yet, obviously, but it’s not unusual to see a new Assassin’s Creed game leaked months before its reveal.
According to online murmurs, Assassin’s Creed Ragnarok is due for release on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X (a cross-gen release isn’t anything new; Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag got the same treatment back in 2013), and is supposedly due out in September.
The game will reportedly include one playable character, but you’ll be able to choose between male or female. Furthermore, it’s also rumored to feature multiple locations including London, York, and Paris.
