Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update Causes Irksome Facial Animation Bug

Ubisoft‘s latest Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update introduced a lot of fixes for the critically acclaimed stealth-action title, but it also brought with it some unexpected company – a distraction facial animation bug.

As reported by Reddit, the problem fortunately isn’t quite as horrific as the glitches seen in Assassin’s Creed Unity, but they’re still an issue nonetheless. Basically, NPCs don’t move their mouths when speaking, making for quite the immersion killer when engaging in conversations.

Hopefully this issue will be addressed in another patch from Ubisoft, although we don’t know if they are actually aware of the problem at this point.
