Electronic Arts has published the official website for its upcoming series installment Battlefield 4.
Though there’s not much official content to be had, EA has pulled out all the stops to make a very unique preview page. An image of tanks rolling through a sullen, rainy scene is interestingly countered by an overlay of rain on a windshield that can be smudged off with the mouse cursor only to be refreshed by the digital rain and fog. Below all of that is a notification to return to the preview link for "a first look at gameplay" on March 27.
EA also wishes for fans to login or sign up for the site under the promise that "the more fans who log in, the more we’ll reveal." In order to have all fans at complete access for any content, EA has also included all of their social network links as well.
After hearing some of the newest leaked details, it’s apparent that EA wishes to keep Battlefield in a light that fans want, considering many of the modes and features from Battlefield 3 look to be returning to the assumed next-generation installment to the series. Until March 27, leaked details and anticipation will be the only means of gaming conveyance for fans to appreciate. We at PSU will keep you posted as information on EA’s Battlefield 4 surfaces.
