Electronic Arts has outlined the 2026 roadmap for Battlefield 6, which includes plans for Season 3, 4, and 5 that will launch in May, July, and Fall 2026, respectively.
First up is Battlefield 6 Season 3, which is coming with the Railway To Golmud and Cairo Bazaar maps, with the former being a remake of the Battlefield 4 Golmud Railway map. Meanwhile, Grand Bazaar from Battlefield 3 is getting the remake treatment too in the form of Cairo Bazaar, while Ranked Play is coming to REDSEC, new weapons, modes, and more. EA also confirmed that ongoing quality of life improvements are going to be rolled out during the year, including combat tuning, soldier visibility, matchmaking, and challenges/progression.
Following in July is Season 4, which will be geared towards Naval Warfare and adds the Tsuru Reef and Wake Island maps. This will be joined by Custom Lobbies, Spectator Mode, and again, new weapons and modes. Finally, Battlefield 6 Season 5 will arrive in Fall 2026 and includes three new maps, although more details are to be revealed at a later date.
