Black Myth: Zhong Kui, the next instalment in the Black Myth franchise from Game Science, has received 15 minutes of early-look gameplay, which offers a glimpse at the game’s combat and story.
Today, Game Science unveils a brand-new 15-minute gameplay trailer for Black Myth: Zhong Kui, the second title in the Black Myth series. The trailer offers a first look at the protagonist in combat, along with a glimpse of the story. As the game is still in early development, all footage was captured in-game from a work-in-progress build running at a 21:9 aspect ratio. The final release may differ.

Earlier this month, Yang Qi, the co-founder of Game Science, revealed that the team won’t be employing the use of generative AI to speed up development of Black Myth: Zhong Kui. The game was originally announced in August last year, with the goal to release it for PC and “mainstream console platforms,” although a release date has yet to be confirmed.
