Young Horses have confirmed on the PlayStation Blog today that Bugsnax will have a separate trophy list on PS4 and PS5, allowing you to double up. This also leads to questions about other games and whether or not trophy lists will be separate on all cross-gen titles.
Tucked away at the bottom of today’s blog post, Young Horses’ John Murphy highlighted that “We also wanted to provide some insight for the Trophy hunters out there: Bugsnax will have standalone Trophy lists for both PS5 and PS4, which means… you get double the fun, and double the Trophies!”
This is great news for us, trophy hunters, out there. But will all PS5 games have separate trophy lists? Maneater will have separate trophy lists on PS5 and PS4, which could suggest that this is the case. We will just have to wait and see until more PS5 game trophy lists go live on Sony’s servers.
Bugsnax releases for PS5 and PS4 on November 12, 2020, in the US and November 19, 2020, in the UK and EU. It will also be available on PlayStation Plus until January.
