Fresh from its official announcement last Thursday, World War II-era shooter Call of Duty: Vanguard has received some new gameplay footage at GamesCom 2021, offering a closer look at the campaign for Sledgehammer Games‘ upcoming PS5 and PS4 title

Call of Duty: Vanguard is pencilled in for a November 5, 2021 release for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The game’s Alpha is going live on PlayStation platforms on August 27, and you can find out how to download it here.

Earlier impressions of the Alpha via the options screen has revealed that Call of Duty Vanguard will support 120 FPS for the PS5. Activision recently said that all of its core studios are involved in working on the Call of Duty franchise.
