Warner Bros has announced that the ability to play as Catwoman in Batman: Arkham City will only be possible through the redemption of an online VIP pass included in every new copy of the game.
Speaking with Eurogamer, a Warner Bros representitive stated that "playing as Catwoman is not required to complete the game."
Bought the game used? Don’t panic. You will still be able to purchase a digital version of the online VIP pass through the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live for $9.99 or 800 MS points.
Batman: Arkham City releases on Oct. 18 for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
