Crysis Remastered Trilogy will be fully playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S via backwards compatibility, where it will be fully optimised for Sony and Microsoft’s new consoles. Specifically, Crytek confirmed that PS5 users can expect high resolution textures, dynamic resolution between 1080 and up to 4K/60 FPS.

In addition, Crysis Remastered Trilogy will feature enhanced lighting and spruced up visuals for its characters, weapons, and environments. The game will also be available at brick-and-mortar retailers in addition to the digital version of the game.

Crysis Remastered was released for PS4, PC, Switch, and Xbox One in September 2020, although its performance was criticised for being less than stellar.
