The system allows you to register for a PS5 Priority Pass, giving you the chance to be randomly selected to grab a PS5 when the console is next available at Currys. As expected, there’s only one entry per person and you must be 16 years or old to participate in the raffle.
Curry will select folk at random before emailing them a Priority Pass featuring a unique PS5 buying code, which will remain valid for 72 hours, plus details of the local Currys PC World store where you will be able to obtain your console from.
Due to COVD-19 however, non-essential retailers remain closed until April 12 under government guideline, so you won’t be able to visit your local brick-and-mortar retailer until that date at the earliest.
We’ll let you know as soon as we get stock and are allowed to open up safely.
The PS5 launched in the UK on November 19, 2020 and has seen limited restocks at multiple retailers ever since, although the console still remains very difficult to get hold of and is far from being readily available.
