CD Projekt RED will released a Cyberpunk 2077 free trial for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, which will be available from March 28 — March 31, 2024.
The Cyberpunk 2077 free trial will offer five hours of gameplay from the critically acclaimed sci-fi action-RPG, with all progress carrying over to the full version of the game if you decide to take the plunge.

CD Projekt RED announced earlier this month that it is now ‘done‘ with work on Cyberpunk 2077, although it wouldn’t rule out the possibility of releasing smaller updates down the line. The developer is currently working on a full-fledged sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 currently known as Project Orion.
The Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is being produced at a new studio based in Boston, US, which CPDR opted for as it ‘felt more culturally familiar to Europeans.’ Not much is known about the new game yet since it’s still very early days, but CDPR has said that it’s considering multiplayer elements for the sequel.
