The ESRB has posted a listing for Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania on PS5, suggesting a naive version of the popular roguelike title is on the way.
Right now it’s not known if this is a digital or physical version of Dead Cells, but it appears it’ll include the Castlevania DLC seeing as that’s included in the title. Dead Cells is already playable on the PS5 thanks to backwards compatibility, but a native version of the game has never been made available.
Developed by Motion Twin, Dead Cells was released for PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in August 2018. You can read our full review here.
Speaking of Castlevania, Konami is widely rumored to be bringing the series back with a brand new instalment, which is reportedly going to announced at E3 2023 alongside a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake.
