Destiny 2 live action trailer reminds us what we’re fighting for

Destiny 2 live-action trailer is here!

Tired of the same old game trailers that try and hype a game up as much as it can? If so, maybe a live-action one is more to your liking. Activision, with Bungie, 72andSunny, RSA Films and Framestore have all come together to produce a Destiny 2 live action trailer to mark the game’s global launch next week! 

Running for two minutes, the Destiny 2 live-action trailer has ever-likable actor Nathan Fillion reprising his role as Cayde-6 as he narrates that everything we love in this world will cease to exist if the Guardians can’t stop the Red Legion. Not enough star power for you? The trailer is also directed by Kong: Skull Island director Jordan Vogt-Roberts, and it even has the Beastie Boys’ "Sabotage" as its backdrop music.

In other Destiny 2 news, Bungie has confirmed that veteran Destiny players will get something for playing Destiny 2 even if their characters and items won’t carry over. We also reported on a potential Destiny 2 DLC, "The Curse of Osiris." Finally, don’t forget to update the Destiny companion app for Destiny 2 to see a massive upgrade.
