Destiny defended by The Order: 1886 dev: ‘review scores under 8 are ludicrous’

The developer behind the forthcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive action-adventure title, The Order: 1886, has jumped to the defense of Destiny in light of some luke warm review scores.

Ready at Dawn co-founder, Andrea Pessino, took to Twitter to slam some critics’ scores, specifically those who slapped a disappointing 6/10 on the shared-world shoot-’em-up.

Destiny was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 last Tuesday. The game topped the U.K. charts upon its release, becoming the biggest-selling new IP in the country of all time.

The Order: 1886 meanwhile is due out exclusively for Sony’s next-generation home console in February 2015.
