Destiny reset for Nightfall – August 30, 2016

Bungie has flicked the reset button on Destiny’s game servers for another week, ushering in a fresh set of challenges for Guardians to tackle in the Destiny reset for Nightfall.

See below for all details on the latest Destiny weekly reset.

Destiny Nightfall

The Nightfall offers arguably one of the biggest challenges in Destiny each week, and is recommended that you tackle it with a couple of mates in tow. This week’s strike is the Sunless Cell, and comes equipped with the following modifiers: Small Arms, Chaff, Ironclad, and Exposure.

Court of Oryx

Kagoor is this week’s Tier 3 boss.

Bungie is currently putting the finishing touches on Destiny’s latest expansion pack, Rise of Iron, which drops on September 20 for current-generation formats. In addition, Destiny: The Collection, which combines the base game and all expansions, hits stores the same day.

Fans of the shared-world shooter have plenty more to look forward too however, as Activision announced earlier this year that Destiny 2 is currently in production and will hit stores in 2017.

Destiny was released for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 back in September 2014. Bungie has released three major expansion for the game to date: The Dark Below, House of Wolves, and The Taken King.

Support for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions has been slowly reduced following an update earlier this month.
