Atlus has conjured up a new gameplay-centric Dragon’s Crown trailer for you to feast your eyes on.

Dragon’s Crown is currently in development at Vanillaware and takes the form of a fantasy-inspired 2D actioner. Featuring RPG-driven gameplay fused with frantic combat, players venture into a world of sorcery and swords as they battle against legions of creatures and gain loot and experience.
The game features co-op for up to four players, with each character class boasting their own unique attributes. Gamers can customize their character to their preference as they accumulate experience, with six playable heroes available in total: Fighter, Amazon, Elf, Sorceress, Wizard and Dwarf.
Dragon’s Crown is scheduled for release on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in the U.S. on August 6. A European release date has yet to be confirmed.
