Dying Light 2 Is Getting A Development Update On March 17, Confirms Techland

The official Dying Light 2 twitter account has confirmed that Techland will be issuing a development update on the much-anticipated sequel on March 17.

Techland has been keeping its cards close to its chest on Dying Light 2 for a while now, and recent reports have suggested that the project has seen a number of features given the chop. Nothing official has been confirmed though, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

Dying Light 2, as far as we know, is currently in development for PS4, PC and Xbox One, although we wouldn’t be surprised at all if a PS5 and Xbox Series X/S version has also been in production for a while at this point.

The project appears to have suffered some setbacks though, as back in January it was confirmed that the game’s writer and art director had departed Techland.

Dying Light 2 has yet to attract a release date but hopefully we’ll hear something next week during Techland’s update.
