E3 2021 organisers have announced that it has teamed up with a number of leading media partners including IGN, Future Games, GameSpot, Polygon, IGN China and Game Bonfire.
The partnership will offer an ‘unmatched experience’ for the digital-based event, offering fans new levels of access to major showcases from publishers, press conferences, new game reveals, lifestreams, special guest appearances and more. What’s more, it’s all going to be available for free.
ESA president and CEO, Stanley Pierre-Louis, commented:
We are focused on ensuring that E3 continues to be the most innovative and collaborative event in the video game industry, so enlisting some of the industry’s biggest media partners to help deliver the highly-anticipated news, reveals and more is crucial to a successful showcase.

Each media partner will be instrumental in driving E3’s reach to more fans than ever before. With this year’s digital format, we’re looking to provide our audiences with exciting and unique ways to experience the magic of E3.
E3 2021 will take place as a digital event from Saturday, June 12 to Tuesday, June 15. A number of major companies are taking part in the event including Microsoft, Capcom, and Ubisoft, although Sony won’t be appearing.
