The hit mobile RPG Fate/Grand Order, based on the Fate/stay night series, is getting a spin-off for PlayStation VR titled Fate/Grand Order VR feat. Mashu Kyrielight.
The “VR drama” game where players meet and spend time traveling and hanging out with the character Mashu Kyrielight, also known as Shielder. Fans will be pleased to hear the game is being worked on by Fate/stay night developer Type-Moon, who announced the VR project at the Fate/Grand Order Winter Festival in Nagoya, Japan.
Fate/Grand Order VR will launch in Japan sometime this year (no word yet on a western release) and will be playable at Anime Japan 2017 convention in Tokyo on March 25 and 26.
A 72-minute anime adaptation of the Grand Order mobile game, Fate/Grand Order: First Order, released ths past New Year’s Eve and is streaming on Crunchyroll and Daisuki.
