Ben Starr, the voice actor behind Final Fantasy XVI protagonist Clive Rosfield, has revealed that he’s interested in playing Raziel in a potential new Legacy of Rain title.
Speaking during an interview with Loose Willis and Miss Terry Box at the SlayStation: The Crystal Ball in London over the weekend, Starr was asked which character he’d like to portray from any other video game series.
He named Soul Reaver’s Soul Reaver, and later revealed to IGN that he’d love to be in for a chance should there be a remake, remaster or continuation of the fan-favourite franchise.
The Legacy of Kain franchise was recently acquired by Crystal Dynamics alongside other series’ such as Tomb Raider, and soon after distributed a survey asking players how they would like to see Legacy of Kain return. Over 100,000 people participated in the survey, giving hope that we may yet see a revival of the franchise.
