Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will come to PlayStation 4 early next year.
A couple days ago, we shared news that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster had been posted for PS4 on Square Enix Boutique, the company’s French online store. That listing was swiftly removed but today vindicated. Square tells VideoGamer.com that, at least in Europe, the collection will sell for £39.99 as both a packaged and retail product. In North America, the price is set at $49.99.
This comes immediately after AllGamesBeta reported, from a PlayStation press conference in Shanghai, that the collection’s PS4 version had been revealed.
The official press release from Square Enix mentions the PS4 port will contain “system-exclusive features,” yet there are no details on what those might be.
