For Honor new characters leaked from first DLC pack

A post on Reddit has seemingly outed a batch of For Honor new characters ahead of the game’s first batch of downloadable content.

User Bones404 posted an image that confirms two new heroes joining Ubisoft’s hack-’n-slash title, namely the Ninja and the Centurion. While the former is relatively self-explanatory, the latter appears to be a heavy amour-type character, featuring a helmet that covers his face with an armoured mask. The Ninja meanwhile boasts leather armour and comes equipped with a kusarigama or chain sickle.

In addition, it’s worth pointing out that the artwork for both characters seems to match up with the silhouettes featured on the For Honor Season Pass artwork. Both are believed to be allied with two of the game’s main factions, with Centurions and Ninjas pairing up with Knights and Samurai, respectively.

There is, however, speculation among fans that the pair could be part of a new Mercenary faction, as the Centurion and Ninja are positioned on a fourth row on the character select screen, as opposed to sitting next to their allied factions. Nothing has been confirmed in this respect, however.

For Honor is available now for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. Over the weekend, players enjoyed a Champion XP boost from Ubisoft due to the For Honor servers experiencing problems since launch. There’s currently no confirmed release date for the For Honor DLC.
