BlackMill Games has announced that Gallipoli will receive its first free post-launch expansion on October 1, 2026, bringing with it a new map based on the Second Battle of Gaza, 1917.
The DLC forms part of the Second Expedition expansion for Gallipoli, and includes eight new weapons, time of day and weather presets, plus proximity chat. In addition, paid cosmetic DLCs are also part of the Second Expedition, although the main highlight is the Ali Al Muntar map, which features tanks that will cinematically escort players at the beginning of the battle.
Gallipoli is the fourth entry in the WWI-based series following Isonzo, Tannenberg, and Verdun, and launched for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in August 2026. Named after 1915’s Battle of Gallipoli, the game features historically accurate World War I weaponry, authentic uniforms and equipment, and features maps based on war zones from the Middle-Eastern Front. Players have the choice of stepping in the boots of troops from the British Empire or the Ottoman Empire.
