Genshin Impact English Trailer

Many around the internet have coined Genshin Impact as the PS4’s version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild. While Genshin Impact has a style unique to itself, the bright colors and its vivacious animations certainly evoke a similar energy. Either way, each new bit of footage showcases a game that keeps looking more polished and engaging as development goes on. Inspired or not, Genshin Impact has a lot visually going for it.

Take a look at the gameplay footage provided by IGN Japan. This clip gives a taste of the different combatants you can use. Equally so, it’s quite cool to see all of your characters swapped out whenever you want. We also get a sample of how the English voice work will sound!

Unfortunately for now, we do not have a specific release date for Genshin Impact. The only vague release window we have received at this point (the entire year of 2020) came in the middle of last year via PlayStation Europe’s Youtube page. A closed beta took place last year for Genshin Impact, but nothing else regarding demos or an open beta has been announced since then. Genshin Impact is also expected to release for iOS, Android, PC, and (freshly-announced) Nintendo Switch.
