Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut was released on PS4 and PS5 on August 20, 2021. The game is an expanded version of the original version of Ghost of Tsushima that launched last July, and features a number of performance enhancements on PS5.
Chief among these include a Resolution Mode that runs at 2160p, which the Performance Mode runs at 1800p but bumps the action up to a silky-smooth 60 FPS. Elsewhere, the PS5 version eliminates loading screens completely, and takes mere seconds to utilise fast travel.
