Rogue Factor has announced that the playable demo of Hell Is Us is now available for PS5, and has also returned for PC users with a host of quality-of-life improvements.
As previously reported, the Hell Is Us demo finds players controlling Remi at the start of the game, beginning his descent into Hadea. The idea of the demo is to bring users up to speed with the game’s combat, although features such exploration are saved for when the game world opens up more.

Hell Is Us sees Remi battling against supernatural entities known as Hollow Walkers, and features a semi-open world setting that follows Remi as he seeks clues to locate his missing parents. Unlike most modern titles of the genre, Hell Is Us eschews traditional features such has waypoints, quest logs, and map markers, instead requiring players to pay attention to your character’s conversations with NPCs in order to pinpoint your objectives.
Nacon will publish Hell Is Us for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on September 4 ,2025.
