Warhorse Studios’ 3 million-copy selling Kingdom Come Deliverance will be adapted into live-action in the form of a movie or series.
Reported by Variety, the project will be led by former Netflix executive Erik Barmack in collaboration with Warhorse Studios. The show is still in very early development with Barmack and Warhorse’s CEO Martin Frývaldský currently reaching out to potential writers and directors.
This deal comes alongside Barmack’s new company, Wild Sheep Content developing a Yakuza movie and numerous other video game worlds being tapped by Hollywood for future series’ and movies.
