We already know that Konami is working on a revival of the Silent Hill franchise with various projects in the works, including Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill Townfall, and Silent Hill F. There’s also the as-yet unannounced Silent Hill The Short Message, which has been rated numerous times now and most recently popped up on the Australian Classification Board.

None of the above games have a release date yet, although Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 Remake was recently put up for preorder on various retailers, indicating it may be close to release. Best Buy also listed that the game would feature a Pyramid Head origin story, although Konami later stated that the retailer had the ‘incorrect info‘ on this feature.
