Insomniac Games Liam McIntyre Marvel's Wolverine News PS5

Liam McIntyre Has Been Working On Marvel’s Wolverine For Nearly As Long As His Own Son Has Been Alive

Liam McIntyre, the actor who portrays James ‘Logan’ Howlett in Insomniac Games‘ upcoming Marvel’s Wolverine, has revealed he’s been working on the game for quite some time — nearly as long as his own son has been alive, in fact.

I’ve been working on this for almost as long as my son has been alive. I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time… not long now!!!

Indeed, Marvel’s Wolverine has been a long time coming, as it was originally announced back in 2021 alongside Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Yesterday Insomniac Games announced that the game will finally see the light of day on September 15, 2026. Still, it’s not surprising to hear how long McIntyre has been working on the project, given how long games take to make nowadays and the recording process would have presumably taken place a while back.

Marvel’s Wolverine is set to launch on September 15 exclusively for the PS5.
