Ultizero Games has announced that Lost Soul Aside is officially launching for the PS5 in 2025, and has released a new gameplay trailer to accompany the news.

Lost Soul Aside has been a long time coming, as we’ve been reporting on the game since 2021 — the year it was originally due to come out. The game is something of a marriage between Devil May Cry and Final Fantasy, with protagonist Kazer looking a bit like Noctis from FFXVI. Meanwhile, the fast-paced sword combat is an obvious nod to Capcom’s demon-slashing franchise.
